This is a new favorite. In a random strip mall, you have this slick cocktail place with amazing food. The ambiance is cool, with a blueish glow. It almost has a Miami vibe to it. While it says its a bar, I think its accurate to say its a bar/restaurant. The food was amazing. We had street tacos, empanadas, and birria ramen. The ramen was out of this world. Street tacos and empanadas do NOT disappoint. Cocktails are a real star here. They have interesting drinks using all the different spirits. But their mezcal drinks are the most standout - a mescal old fashioned was my fav. This is definitely a cool place to take your significant other. Its cool, chill, and has an awesome vibe. I don't live that close but I intend to go back

This place is a gem. Love Carl the bartender. Food is good especially if you go on a Tuesday when they have 3 dollar tacos. I recommend the carnitas tacos and the shrimp tacos. If you order the nachos they are rather large and are great for sharing. Great drinks. I really like the slushy shots.

Always a great place to vibe and all the bartender were amazing. The skinny Margarita and all the craft cocktails made by Shibuh is amazing. Love this place❤️❤️❤️

Beautiful interior in an random place. Just happened to be in the area and saw this Beautiful bar. The bartender was so friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks were delicious and beautiful. I will definitely be back again!

This place is a true hidden gem my first time here a few nights ago I was a little skeptical because I decided to try new dishes which is rare for me because I’m a super picky eater.Everything was well done full of flavor the employees are very kind the drinks were soo tasty ! Don't sleep on this new spot with an unbeatable vibe - from a collection of 150+ small-batch agave and crave-worthy small plates to pale blue lighting & expert crew who'll help you navigate while the perfect tunes play, you should check this spot out. We never get places like this in the East Bay. There's seating outside along the bar, inside or at tables along the wall. Have I ever raved about a bar? No, I have not. This place is IT. For small bites, it's tough to go wrong. I'd recommend the short rib birria ramen if you're hungry. The queso fundido swept me off my feet, which was an ideal follow-up to the mini-taco trio. There's a lot to love. I should talk about the agave spirits that the owner has been collecting over the past decade, building relationships with micro-producers doing small-batch work. Since the collection speaks for itself, I'm going to highlight the cocktails and the better-than-mocktails. For something refreshing, try the Macario. With prickly pear balanced by lime, you'll find the bottom of this vodka-fueled drink quickly. What truly got me were the tequila, gin, and whiskey from which the alcohol has been removed used to whip up super fantastic drinks. How they retain the mouth-feel and flavor of alcohol, I'll never know, but those new gen mocktails fully won me over. This is an amazing spot staffed by a crew that'll make you feel like this is your place.

The nachos a 9/10 (and not just because I was buzzing lol) The empanadas 7/10 Chicharrones with guacamole 6/10 Queso fundido 8/10 Warm olives 10/10 (like always) It has a very Beach vibe with a unique bar stool seating area outside the bar perfect for a warm summer night. The bartender was very welcoming, I'm sorry I can't remember his name, but service was great. If you like additive free tequila or mezcal this is the place for you! Me and my girl will be back for sure

Nestled in an unassuming strip mall where people can do their laundry and eat pupusas is this hidden gem with a sophisticated cocktail program yet homey neighborhood-bar feel. We came only to get a drink before dinner elsewhere and were blown away by the warm and welcoming service and absolutely delicious drinks. At the tail end of happy hour, I ordered a margarita that was mixed to perfection (tart, refreshing, not too sweet). We were so pleased we ordered two more drinks! Their palomas are also delightful. My partner had a couple items off their signature cocktail menu and found them to be unique, flavorful, and thoughtfully made. It was clear the bartender was passionate about his craft. I’m a bit of a drink snob and I can genuinely say these drinks can hold a candle to many of the popular cocktail bars in Oakland. The lighting is nice and low, great for a date night. Come on a warm night, sit at the booth and enjoy the breeze from the open windows. One of my favorite things about California is that no matter where you are you can catch a beautiful sunset and see palm trees in the distance, and with a good drink in hand forget for a moment you’re in a random strip mall ;) 10/10

Great little spot with a very interesting menu. Everything we ordered was very good. Be sure to wear a sweater as the restaurant itself is pretty cold. Would definitely come back.
